Well its official, the internet is the most popular way to research new and used cars, according to a recent study by Nielsen Online.
The study shows that 84% of buyers research cars online before purchase, other popular resources included visiting car auction yards , researching local/community newspapers, reviewing automotive classified magazines, and metropolitan newspapers.
This goes to show that dealers who don't have an online presence risk missing out on sales.
